Greenfield Heights is a gated townhome community in East Mesa. The HOA maintains the entry gate, the common-area landscaping, and the community pool, spa (hot tub), and shaded ramada, so you can spend your weekends enjoying them instead of maintaining them.

Residents follow the HOA's community rules, including parking. You'll get a copy before signing.

How it works

  1. Pre-qualify with the short form below. It takes about 2 minutes.
  2. Tour in person at a scheduled showing.
  3. Apply online through our screening platform, with credit and background checks.
  4. Sign and move in once you're approved.

Pre-qualify for a showing

This isn't the full application and there's no fee. It helps us schedule showings for people the home is a good fit for.

Any evictions in the past 5 years?

Questions

Is this a property management company?

No. The home is rented directly by its owner. There's no leasing office and no management company. You'll deal with the owner for showings, your lease, and any maintenance.

When is the home available?

We're finalizing the move-in date. Pre-qualify and we'll contact you first when showings open.

Which utilities do I pay?

All of them. Electric is through SRP, the home has gas for the range, and water, sewer and trash are through the City of Mesa. Service must be in your name starting on move-in day.

Where do I park?

There's a 2-car garage. Additional street parking is available subject to the HOA's parking rules, which we'll share before you sign.

Are pets allowed?

Up to 2 pets, 40 lbs or under each, with approval. Pet rent is $40/month per pet. Assistance animals are welcome and aren't subject to pet rent or pet limits.

How do showings work?

Showings are in person and by appointment. Once you pre-qualify, we'll send you available times.

Is there an application fee?

Pre-qualifying is free. The full application includes a per-adult screening fee paid to the screening company, which covers the credit and background checks.
